Two traditional Mediterranean design detached houses in San Vicenç de Montalt.
These two single-family houses are located in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, in one of the best urbanisations in the area and have spectacular views.
In this case, our aim was to design and build family homes with a traditional appearance. A robust architecture, large rooms, a hipped roof, a manual brick facade and a spacious porch connected to a large garden, give the two houses a great functionality and a classic and timeless style, as well as a low maintenance.
One of the houses also has an annex with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and gym.
